Additional Terms & Conditions for Bookings
By completing a booking with Mint Football Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
No Refund Policy
Mint Football Academy operates under a no-refund policy for bookings, including training sessions, Foundation and Elite Programs, holiday programs, goalkeeper training, camps and other academy activities, except where a refund is required by Australian Consumer Law.
Catch-Up Sessions
Catch-up sessions may be offered subject to availability and at the discretion of Mint Football Academy.
Due to limited program capacity and scheduled player numbers, we cannot guarantee that a catch-up session will be available.
1-on-1 Private Coaching
Private coaching sessions are subject to coach, venue and scheduling availability.
Cancellations made less than 5 hours before the scheduled session will incur 100% of the session fee.
Where a cancellation is made with more than 5 hours' notice, Mint Football Academy will endeavour to reschedule the session where suitable availability exists. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
If Mint Football Academy needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and offer an alternative session where available.
Program Changes & Cancellations
Mint Football Academy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to session times, venues, coaches or program arrangements where required.
Where Mint Football Academy cancels a session and cannot provide a suitable alternative, families will be notified of the available options.
Player Absences
If a player is unable to attend a scheduled group session, no credit or refund will be provided. Families should consider this when selecting their preferred training schedule.
Confirmation
When completing a booking, you must tick the confirmation box to acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the Mint Football Academy Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions.
